“I started in Hotel Rooms Division"

My Story: I have a degree in Hotel Management and my career started in Hotels in Rooms Division. I later moved into Food and Beverage Management. I joined another hotel group as Director of Food and Beverage before being promoted to Hotel Manager. I am now working as General Manager of the Savoy Hotel.

Funny Story: Standing on the 18th Green at The Fairmont Princess, Bermuda serving cocktails at a VIP reception & having the sprinklers come to life.....not a pretty sight!
