Leadership and Management qualifications at NVQ Level 3 and Level 4.
 
The programme is delivered online, which enables individuals to take ownership and move as quickly as they develop as an individual.  Students will be required to identify the appropriate evidence for each element within the programme, and attach it to their online portfolio. This enables the assessor to map the information against the qualification and identify any gaps of knowledge; a way of filling that knowledge gap would be discussed and agreed with the individual and their employer.
 
The process for engagement on the programme:
 
·Employer identifies individuals who are either Team Leaders or Managers
·Assessor is allocated and makes telephone contact with each individual
·Assessor carries out a telephone interview to ascertain the suitability of the individual, in terms of UK residency and job role;
·Assessor will confirm eligibility for the programme and send, via email, an experience profile for the individual to complete and return, this expands on the activities carried out by the individual to ensure compatibility with the programme;
·Assessor matches profile to qualification and any accredited prior learning is mapped against the qualification;
·Individual will need to provide evidence of certificates, minutes etc to support any claims they make in terms of experience;
·Assessor registers individual onto online learning assistance.
 
The assessor will have access to monitor and view the progress made by each individual against the qualification and will contact them about any areas that may need attention.
 
Individuals who are supervisors or aspiring to become managers would take the Level 3 qualification and individuals who are already in a management position would take the Level 4.  There would be a requirement to make a minimum of one observational visit by the assessor and the employer would need to allocate time for this visit.
 
Using the online approach allows individuals to engage with the programme when suitable, i.e. evenings, weekends, lunchtimes etc.
 
Due to the support for delivery coming from Europe they are stipulating the areas where support can be provided, therefore, we are limited to provide support in a number of Boroughs, which are listed below, however, individuals are eligible if they live or work in the Borough’s:

Enfield
Greenwich
Haringey
Lewisham
Newham
Redbridge
Waltham Forest
