My Story: Over the past 20 years in the hotel industry I have gained experience in many types of hotel business from the celebrated city centre London hotel, Brown’s, an island beach resort of 14 luxury villas in the Seychelles to the world renowned golfing resort of Gleneagles in Scotland. This as well as being a hugely rewarding and diverse experience has given me an opportunity to learn many aspects of hospitality, service and an insight into the attention to detail that makes an outstanding hotel.
