My Story: I have been lucky enough to be cooking and preparing meals in some fantastic locations around the world - India, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, USA, UAE, Cayman Islands and of course here in England and my favourite part of the world The Cotswolds. It has introduced me to flavours, tastes and cuisines rich in diversity prepared by people with passion and an eye to detail and quality. Experiences include working at Le Gavroche and to have Albert Roux share his passion for fresh white truffles with me as a young commis chef. Leading to serving film stars after premieres in the Park Room at the Hyde Park Hotel to being selected to cook for the Queen at Gloucester Cathedral. The memories are endless of a unique industry, full of great personalities and dedicated to giving other people a great time.
Funny Story: Spilling runner beans into a soup terrine whilst serving Grace Jones at the Park Room Hyde Park Hotel and it going all down her dress – this was the launch of the James Bond film a View to a Kill.
