My Story: I started work at 14 in the rag trade although I didn't enjoy factory work. I was persuaded by a friend who was working as a waitress to try my hand at that profession. It was here I stumbled upon my true vocation. I learnt the ropes under Mr Bossi but then the Café Bleu burnt down I moved to Bianchi's under Mr Paccini, "who taught me everything". I stayed here for 30 years. I retired but soon got bored so now i am back working the lunch shift at Elena's L'Etoile.
