Career Path: Left School (no Qualifications) > Kitchen Worker > Merchant Navy > Pub Manager > Self Employed Licensee

My Story: I left school at 3.45pm on the 22nd of December 1954 with no qualifications. I started work at Tuckwoods Restaurant kitchen at 4.00pm! I have been in continuous work since then. I have done a range of jobs including working for the Merchant Navy in all the catering departments, Hospital catering, licensed pub trader, Fish and Chips Emporium, working in Hotels and most recently I am running Baldwins Omega, Banqueting House & Luncheon Restaurant. Where we currently run a very successful operation with a turnover in excess of 1.85 million.
