Students are great for a small business like mine as the hours that they can work fit small roles like host and bar but when they all go back to University and College it does create a slight drama in getting the rota right!

About me
I studied a 2 year HND in hotel, catering and institutional management, graduating in 1997, I have worked in various sector's of the industry hotels, pubs, cruise ship, airport and now shopping centre. I have also spent a year working and travelling in Australia. Although most of my career has been in f&b I have worked in reception and hr for short period's. I am currently a gm for a restaurant unit within a shopping centre.
